It’s exactly that first scenario that Julian from Bundoora needed help with. He rang and made contact with the O’Shea Plumbing office. There, the team quickly acted to organise one of the expert technicians, Ethan, to attend to the leaking tap on site, at the next availability.
Ethan soon arrived on Julian’s property to find that the tap required some work. A week later Ethan arrived back at Julian’s property and replaced the remainder of the taps so all the fixtures matched.
