We assist Fan from Wantirna with a sewer pipe replacement
Fan rang O’Shea Plumbing’s head office regarding a poor sewer pipe that he thought needed replacing. The O’Shea office team set up an appointment for later that day. Andrew arrived that afternoon with Steve who spoke with Fan listening and understanding what Fan required and his expectations of the job.
Andrew and Steve then had a look at the existing drainage system and came up with a plan which suited Fan’s requirements as well as fulfilled their duties as qualified experienced plumbers to the relevant governing authorities.
Andrew provided Fan with options that best suited his requirements and discussed with him what was involved in each of the jobs as well as the expected time frames. That night Fan accepted the works and paid a deposit, the next morning (Friday) all the materials and a bin were ordered and the job was to commence on the following Monday.
Monday morning arrived, Steve and Andrew got to work and proceeded in digging the trench required to lay the new sewer pipe. By that afternoon the majority of the job was complete and all that remained was to connect the new sewer up to the remaining waste pipes and mains connection. This was put off until the next day so that the client could use their water fixtures overnight.
Tuesday morning Steve and Andrew got to the site and swiftly finished off the works, by midday the job was complete and all that was left was for Andrew to tidy up the front yard.
